Do you provide hair and makeup services? I work with trusted local professionals who can be arranged for an additional fee. However, many of my clients prefer to arrive camera-ready, which keeps the process streamlined and efficient. Scheduling hair and makeup artists are not included in listed prices.

What is your payment policy? A 50% deposit secures your session date, with the balance due at the time of your appointment. I accept cash, check, Zelle, and all major credit cards.

Do you offer corporate group rates? Yes, I provide efficient group session rates for teams and organizations. Group sessions are scheduled consecutively to minimize workplace disruption while maintaining individual attention for each professional.

What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit, though I'm always willing to work with you on rescheduling when possible.
